Consignment program terms

1. Approval and pricing. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Willow & Wren reviews each piece, and the initial selling price must be agreed upon before the item is listed.
2. Commission. The consignor receives 70% of the final selling price. Willow & Wren Studio retains a 30% commission. There is no upfront listing fee.
3. Consignment period. The standard term is 90 days, beginning when the accepted item is received and entered into the program.
4. Markdowns. During days 46–75, Willow & Wren may reduce the listed price by up to 10%. During days 76–90, the price may be reduced by up to 20%. Any reduction greater than 20% requires the consignor’s approval.
5. Payment. Consignor payments are processed monthly after the customer’s payment has cleared and any applicable return period has ended. If a sale is returned or cancelled, no consignor payment is due for that transaction.
6. Ownership and disclosure. The consignor confirms they own the item, have the right to sell it, and have accurately disclosed known age, maker, authenticity, repairs, damage and condition issues.
7. Care of items. Willow & Wren will use reasonable care while an item is in its possession. Willow & Wren is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed defects, age-related fragility or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Early removal. A consignor who wants an item removed before the 90-day term ends must contact Willow & Wren. An item cannot be withdrawn while a sale, customer hold or delivery is in progress.
9. Unsold items. Unsold items must be picked up within 14 days after the term ends or after notice from Willow & Wren. Items not collected within that period may be treated as abandoned and donated or otherwise disposed of.

Accepted items are not listed until Willow & Wren confirms the item, agreed price and intake arrangements with you.
